16GB Nexus 4 on Craigslist for $400...

I found a 16GB Nexus 4 on Craigslist for $400. It seems pretty legit and the guy sent me a bunch of pictures. What do you guys think? Should I buy it?

He's selling it above retail, so its up to you if you want pay a premium for a phone. The other option is to wait until Google gets another batch.

I say go for it! I know I would. $50 isn't that much considering how hard it is to get this phone and people are selling them for way more expensive than that.

I've seen them for above 500 so 400 isn't bad.

$400 isn't really above retail. $350 + tax is roughly $380 then shipping. Its almost cost.

i don't think it would hurt to check it out. make sure it's in satisfactory condition, pop in your sim card, test that it can make phone calls and get data, and take a picture to make sure the camera works. if it doesn't feel right, walk away from the deal.
