iPhone: One last question about 3gs (ios 4.1 BB 6.15.00)

I have a 3gs; ios 4.1 BB 6.15.00. I JB and unlocked it in Sept. 2011 (moved to Turkey). Now, I want to order an official unlock and update the ios. Have spent the past couple of nights reviewing how to downgrade the BB to 5.13.04 so I can hopefully get a AT&T Factory Unlock (My phone is AT&T - old bootrom). My only question(s) is this; when I download the IPSW file of the current ios, it must be 4.1, right?

And second, when I downgrade the BB to 5.13.04 running on ios 4.1, all I should have to do is order the Factory Unlock and follow the directions to restore?

Sometimes you have to run the downgrade several times before it takes.

Once the IMEI unlock is applied, you can cease worrying about the baseband and use stock firmware.
