I do know this is possible because I've done it before, although for the life of me, I can't remember how I did it.

What I'm looking to do is use QuickTime to do a screen recording that can capture my computer's audio and I want to be able to hear my computer's audio as it's recording.

I know I used Soundflower to do this before, and as I've been playing around with Soundflower and QuickTime, I do know that I can record my computer's audio if I set Soundflower as my audio output in System Preferences and select the audio input on QuickTime as Soundflower. But I can't seem to remember how I can still hear the audio as it's being recorded.
