International App for Oscars 2013?
I'd like to thank the Academy... for nothing.
 Apparently, this year the Oscars app only works in the US again  . Does anyone know of a way that Canadians, or anyone outside the US for that matter, can engage in the oscars using iOS devices? Is there a way to install the oscars app not using the store?
