Airplay Mirroring from MBA: any difference between ATV2 and ATV3?

hi there!

i am currently running an ATV2 to do airplay mirroring for movies. is the same technique running better/more fluent on an ATV3? (maybe due to the gigabit ethernet)? my MBA is running on 802.11n...

It isn't great for streaming video unless it is through iTunes where data can be buffered. Slow links combined with encoding 1080p on the fly (ATV3). Depending on the video source, audio might not be sync'd. Had issues with flash players (I.e. CBS.com) and mirroring.
 
I have ATV2 and 3, dont see any difference between the two as far as mirroring from my MBA. Of course I use home sharing for movies, Picture is far superior to mirroring.
