How to upgrade from Windows 7 to 8?

Hey guys,

I got a MacBook Pro Retina 15'' with 256GB of SSD.
I got Windows 7 installed via Bootcamp, but now I want to upgrade to Windows 8 (because it scales much better, and it is faster though).

Does someone know how to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8 through bootcamp? What do I have to do? - Do I have to reinstall my Windows completely, or can I just upgrade? And are the Bootcamp drivers from Apple updated for Windows 8?
