Cut the cable cord about 8 months ago... No looking back now.

I have Mac mini to main living room TV, and a couple Roku boxes for bedrooms. I only subscribed to Netflix and Hulu+... so the monthly bill is $16 a month. Also have OTA on various TV's (radioshack- $20-$30).

Even after buying a Mac Mini, I have already saved money for the year (including all the purchases of OTA's and Roku's).

One thing to keep in mind for those that are hooking computers up to their TV's is that most network sites (Major Networks, and their family networks)... will also play "entire" episodes on their sites, and they are free (of course a day or two after they are on live).

As stated here before, there are a lot of sites out there (on the computer) that are carrying TV shows with every season, episodes, etc... as well as movies... and they are FREE.
