I looked as well.

It looks easy enough to recreate from scratch, though. Do you just want the blue parts, or the stats at the bottom as well?

Just the blue parts - I would be absolutley amazed, Ruff.
No stats, no text - just the icon and the blue parts in iPhone 5 format.

And one copy with the blue parts only in a 520 × 260

I don't know if it's a different grid or it's some effects they layered over it. But it looks different somehow.

I don't have the source material that was used by whomever did the original graphic. I'm sure they had a texture overlay of some sort. I'm trying to recreate it from scratch.
