MacBook unibody late 2008 13" RAM upgrade crucial 8GB CT2KIT51264BC1067
Hello,
I would like to upgrade my Macbook late 2008 13" to 8gb of RAM. Can anybody confirm it works with the Crucial 8gb CT2KIT51264BC1067? I'v already tried 2 different kits of corsair RAM 8gb but that wasn't compatible so I want to be absolutely sure the crucial CT2KIT51264BC1067 works before I order them. Can anybody confirm? Would me much appreciated!

It should be, make sure you are on the latest firmware. Crucial site appears to be wrong, they say 4GB is the max.
I used the 8GB PNY 'Mac Compatible' kit from Best Buy for $40 |

Thanks! I live in the Netherlands and can't find a site that sells that RAM otherwise I'm bound to expensive shipping.
This is btw the link to the kit on the Crucial site: http://www.crucial.com/store/partspe...kit51264bc1067 |
