AirPlay audio quality

Hello,
From what i have read, stream audio via airplay should by lossles.
But when i play track that have a bit rate of 256 - 320kbps from itunes to my airplay speakers i see that it stream only at 110-150KB p/s
I get the same stream rate of 150kbps top when i tried to strem to Airport Express and when i tried to stream from iphone to macbook pro using AirServer.

Why airplay doesn't stream on the track orignal bit rate?

Not sure but either you are mistyping or it is correct. 150KBps (1.2mbps) is a lot more data than 320kbps.
