[iPad] Very Specific case requirments

Hey All,

I have been searching this board for a while now and have not been able to find exactly what I am looking for.
I currently have a Booqpad and it is not cutting it(while the paper is a good idea the top page always gets destroyed.)
My sister showed me the Coach iPad holder this weekend and it is amazing, the leather quality and stitching were perfect the only problem with it is it was bright purple.
So here is what i am looking for an i hope someone here can help me out.
1. High quality tight fitting leather
2. High quality zipper
3. pen/stylus holder
4. paper holder (not a must but would be nice)
5. needs to look professional and look like it is meant for a male,
I have looked at the Happy owl wallet and i find that it is a little girly for my tastes and doesn't have the tight fitting leather i would like
Basically I'm looking for the Coach "legacy leather zip around ipad case" one but with a pen holder and more geared for a man.
I'm hoping you can help me out

How about the Sena ZipBook?

Or the rooCase Executive Portfolio?

Although it doesn't have a zipper, the Kavaj London might also work for you.
