iTunes not allowing purchases via iPhone?
Is anyone else getting an error like this?
I just got my iPhone 5 have previously used a windows phone for the past year. My payment info is correct and I have verified that on iTunes on my computer as well. However when I put it all in it just keeps saying what you see in the screen cap |

I've had that happen before, it's annoying. Try a reboot of your phone.

I did and nothing still getting it. Doesn't matter what it is, if it costs $ I get the error.

Found what I think probably fixed it for me.
I went into iTunes on my computer into my account and told it to clear all warnings etc. I rebooted the phone. Then tried my purchase again sure enough it worked it still had me verify the payment info (like it had done before but didn't work) except this time after doing the above it work. |
