Variances in MBA Build Quality

I went through two recently so far (3 in total), and have found very different quality control here. Are they all like this?

-First one in July 2012, good all around but crap keyboard, had 4gb ram which wasn't enough for me so I sold it.

-Second one, creaked, wobbled, and crap keyboard again.

-Third one, top/lid/monitor is shifted to the right, not centred - especially noticeable when closed. CREAKY hinge. FANTASTIC KEYBOARD!!!

What is up with the keyboards??? My 2010 Pro was FANTASTIC, and every Air (and even a friend's 2012 Pro I tried) had completely crap keyboards except my current one.

The symptom basically is that it doesn't depress softly but instead harsh unless you hit in the centre dead on. This one feels nice and doesn't sound cheap/chattery/like it's going to break. Very noticeable and overall typing is pleasant and not dreadful like on my other MBAs. Too bad the lid isn't on right...

Really disappointed so far.
