The administration should do stuff like this more often with some of the completely ludicrous petitions on their website.

The only way they would consent to a clone army is with full citizenship rights and guarantees they would vote Democrat, so that strategy wouldn't work...

Construction would be outsourced to China, operations and support to Pakistan. We might be able to save at least a couple quadrillion dollars that way, but we would have to call it the Wal*Star.

Unfortunately we don't have him to ensure this thing actually gets built on time and on budget.... but then again... at least the US won't have those two bozos running the construction project....
