If you mean she is trying to connect to a Bluetooth hands free device, you can press the little speaker icon next to the Siri button, and turn that off.

I think he means he's trying to accomplish things using Siri but can't, gives up and uses his hands.

Siri seems to recognize any curse word you throw at her and will react to obscene language. Funny, I believe there's even a setting in the restrictions menu that will stop Siri from using/recognizing explicit language.
