Hi. I'm using an iphone 4 now. And just now i dropped my phone accidentally.
The problem is when someone call me, i could not hear them but they can hear me. But when i put it on speaker or i use the earphone, i can hear them. Please help me. Is my phone broken? |

Pretty obvious that it is (as the speaker isn't working).
Try a reset of firmware to see if that fixes it. IF not maybe something came loose...... http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Installi...ssembly/3149/1 |

I have the same problem with my iPhone4, too. I use an iPhone 5 now, but it was an annoying problem, and sometimes tapping on the back during a call helps.

As is standard here, people think that asking a question, waiting an hour for unreliable or unverifiable information, asking the question again, and then getting into a semantic argument is quicker than a 5 minute call to their carrier or device manufacturer.
