With all the conflicting information I've seen posted in this thread, along with what I'd call very cursory reviews elsewhere of the Mac mini with Fusion Drive, I'd say that *nobody* really understands the full ramifications of using one of these. Let's wait a while longer for some realistic observation and testing.
27" i7 iMac, 15" MacBook Pro, Mac mini with Yosemite Server, 5 other Macs and an unused Apple TV in the household.
