Are you sure the font is missing? You are aware that the font you need is called Times New Roman not New Times Roman as you typed, correct?

Maybe you're looking in the wrong spot in the alphabetical font list.

Otherwise the font can be downloaded from several places and installed using the Font Book utility.

Ahh yes, was a typo. It is definitely missing.
