Remote monitoring software with email notifications.

I'm installing an OS X based system in a client's business, and certain operations need to be performed on a daily basis. I'm looking for software that will let me know when the machine goes offline, or when specific programs get closed or crash.

Is there such a thing?

Apple Remote Desktop has some good reporting, but not much monitoring like your looking for. Still, worth a look.

Look at Hyperic. It has a Mac client.
