here's a couple of dinners i cooked.

hummus

lebni

shrimp bisque

blackened halibut, langoustine buerre blanc, potato galette, asparagus

this one was for a friend's birthday.

tried my hand at bread making - french loaf

spinach salad, warm bacon vinaigrette

seafood pot pie

parpadelle with braised pork shoulder ragu

filet, dark chocolate sauce, butterfinger crumble, espresso oil, spice fingerling chips

limoncello cheesecake, strawberry basil coulis

it is a very popular dish called 'ja leung' which is basically a long, deep fried chinese donut (which eaten alone is a popular snack) wrapped in a thin white rice sheet and served with a dark, hoisin type sauce.... it is very yummy and my fav dish to order when having dim sum w/ family/friends
