So what happened to Dictation in 10.7?

Evening all,

I've just gone to my System Preferences to try to give Dictation a go for my work and can't seem to find it anywhere.

Has it moved at all? Been removed completely or am I just being stupid here?

I don't believe dictation was ever a part of Lion. IIRC, it was introduced with Mountain Lion.
