What Mac mini is it?
What about powering the Mac mini down via holding the power button, pressing it again and ejecting the DVD?
Force Eject a Stuck CD or DVD
Apple Computers: Troubleshooting the slot load optical disc drive
And what kind of installation DVD is it?

Fast enough?

Ah, you need help "fast", but are not answering.

The serial # is on the bottom. If it is a twelve digit #, post last 4 digits. If 11, post last three digits of serial #.

You do not need Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard prior to installing Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, as the 19 USD Upgrade DVD is a fully working retail version of Mac OS X and does not need a prior installation of Mac OS X on the Mac.
