Need assistance: iTunes (Windows) + Airplay

I'm not sure what's going on, or when it started. But my iTunes no longer works with anything related to the network. My mac can connect to my Apple TV no problem. But my PC can't.

No Apple remote.app can see my iTunes on my PC
iTunes does not see any local program (for syncing android or WP remote apps to iTunes)
Apple TV does not see my iTunes install
Homesharing doesn't work.

Basically, my iTunes doesn't want to acknowledge that it's on a computer with a network connection - except the store works, naturally

I know people were complaining about 11.0, but I 1) couldn't find any threads, and 2) am using 11.0.1 now.

Anyone have any ideas?
