Need help!! Did a full restore to try to fix cellular data HUGE mistake!

Now that ive done the full restore, now i get the pop up message " could not activate cellular data service " i dont know what to do

help?? pleaase dont say reset network settings, i've done that many times, it doesnt help.

Iphone 3gs
CARRIER : AT&T

Ok, go to Settings > General > About and tell me which carrier update do you have.

was the restore from a different phone? if not, this sounds like it may be an issue with the SIM card or the account provisioning. have you called at&t to ask them if theres not something wrong on their end?
