Restore a single app backup?

Hello i had space problem and had to delete an app.

That app is FFIII and is not icloud sadly

But last time i did a backup was like 1 month ago, is there a way to restore FFIII saves only without restoring all my apps to 1 month ago?

Nope. It's my single biggest wish for the iPhone. Unfortunately, it's still just a dream.

I've submitted this as a feature request a while ago. If more people do the same, hopefully it'll become a reality. I don't imagine it's that hard to implement.
