I've got a small usb key drive that won't recognize on my MBP.
The drive was formatted right before I sold my previous MBP today and I put some important files on it. It was working before and with the old MBP.
When I put it in the usb port it says: The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer INITIALIZE IGNORE EJECT I hit INITIALIZE and it takes me to Disk Utility and run verify disk. It says: ALERT Partition map check failed because no slices were found. OK Does anyone know of a way to access or fix/repair what I have? I'm not sure what to do. I'm pretty sure I have a backup of the files on it but I don't want to risk it until I'm sure. Plus I may learn something here. Ideas? |
