DRIVER Loading order in MAC.

hii,
i am new in mac. we have a kext level device driver but after reboot the system all data interface of device is not going up but all control are up.
that things happened only after restart the system while device is attached.
so my question is what the order mac follow to load device driver all control drivers comes first or all data driver comes first.


plz provide me a answer i dont find any.

Hackintosh? if you're running a real mac this is entirely irrelevant and not needed to be known...

so why that things happen.. its happen rarely. what is reason behind this
