Can't view SMS pics. Help!

I have an Iphone 5.

When ever I get a photo via text it gives me the black screen and shows and stays "loading". I can save the pic in my album to view it. But, i can not view it in the messages.

Yes I have a data plan, Yes i have MMS plan, and in setting/messages I have MMS "on"

On Ios 6.1

Anyone have any ideas?

Slow carrier data?
Did u try a reset network?

Nope Bell, I don't know why, but when I reset for the 3rd time it all works fine.
