Have I got a refub?

Hey guys
I had my IP5 replaced because of some dents and yellow tint, so I sendt it in (i was within my 14 days of return).
But now I just got a "new" one.
It's in my old box - but it seems the battery isen't charged (can't turn it on), and there are some small dents around where the headphones shall be pluged in and around the charging pulg-in.

What do you think? Have I just got an refub?

Don't bump your thread. Read the forum rules to pass the time while you wait for a response. Search the forums, this question has been asked before. You probably got a brown-box warranty replacement and in that case, they often toss the new phone in your box.
