Does apple replace a phone with dust under lens?

Or do they fix it? I have a considerable amount of dust under the lens and its getting worse. Is there a way to get the dust out myself (doubt it) or will they replace/fix it for me?

It depends on what phone, and what's caused it. They can just remove the camera (5) or rear housing (4/4s) and give it a clean.

The 3G(s) however, is a straight replacement in line with whatever warranty you have left.

If they swap it, 5 mins. If they clean it, 5-10 mins :P.

If you have dust on sensor, however, they will swap it out (just got my swapped out this evening) as they are not equipped to take apart the camera assembly for cleaning.
