How to switch Burn to NTSC?

How do you switch burn to NTSC? I burned a DVD, but my PS3 says it is in PAL format? I cant seem to find options on how to change it to NTSC?

Preferences of applications are always a good way to start looking for setting general parameters.

thanks, I forgot about that being on bar at the top. Im still getting used to mac and its settings and changes those.
