Hello all. New late 2012 mac mini owner. Not new to mac's but this is first I've had personally. Back in 2001ish I worked on various mac's G3 to G4. Mostly a rebuild process and various software tasks, overall I did everything from software to hardware. That job fell through so moved on. After getting a iPhone a couple months ago decided I was tired of Microsoft and no longer wanted to play with Linux. Looking at getting a iPad and maybe another mac mini this year.

Good afternoon. No more PC for me as of last night. It's a work in progress but I'm loving it so far. This is my first Mac experience since playing Oregon Trail on an Apple II in the 80's.

Had to work hard, sell a lot of stuff and collect a looot of money to get my Macbook Pro, which I love. And my iPhone... same thing.

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to the world of Apple/Mac since I only got an iPad4 just recently, and also using a Mac for work, still getting the hang of it since everything is different (been using Windows for a long time).

Other than being a marketing intern for the time being, I'm a full-time student studying in Australia for postgrad. There're a lot of things I need to learn and this forum has been pretty helpful. Hopefully will get to know some of you better as I go along!

Another Newbie, I have been wanting an iMac for years and after owning a few iPhones I've this week finally decided to make the switch from having a pc for over 15years.

This site has helped me massively and thought it only right to join and add my 2cents on what I've learnt and more than likely ask silly questions ( I will try and research before asking as I can imagine every topic has been covered)

I also like the fact that I've never seen a thread up here where Mac vets have belittled the barely computer literate amongst us. If such threads exist, I don't want to know -the world is miserable enough.

I recently purchased a 13" Retina Macbook Pro a couple months ago. I decided to join this forum to discover more interesting features ! i have owned a white unibody Macbook (2010) about 2 years ago, and now i have upgraded to this !

Games: i have tried World Of Warcraft, but i quit after being too expensive(but it was a good game). So i was wondering if you guys know of any cool native Mac games like W.O.W ! ive heard Guild Wars II is sick so i might be getting it soon
* I also have Bootcamp Windows7 ultimate installed !

What i do on my mac: Right now i just play some games occasionally, web browsing, youtube and Facebook !

Currently my only Apple device is an iPad 2 but that should change a few months from now. I have owned an iPhone 4S and a fourth gen iPod touch but that all got replaced by my current Galaxy Nexus.
