I just released a new app called Love Coupon Builder
With this app, you can use your iPhone to send out 'Love Coupons'. These can be emailed as an image, or even as a Pass that another iPhone iOS 6 user can add to their Passbook. It also contains a QR Scanner to get 'secret codes' that the writer can encode in the QR Code of the coupon. More info is contained in the description on the AppStore.
