iPhone 5 switch to LTE while use WiFi

Currently my iPhone5 use software version 6.0.2 (10A551). I keep on the setting for Cellular Data and enable LTE setting. And after join to WiFi network, somehow suddenly switch to LTE while do the Speedtest testing. Or in the middle of testting with Speedtest the network going to LTE network, even i get the strong signal from WiFi.

Anybody have the same experience? does its normal behavior from iPhone 5?
Or any solution about this problem?

try update to ios 6.1..see the problem still comes
