How to change carrier logo w/o jailbreaking?

I don't think I'm ready to jailbreak my iPhone 5 just yet but I do like the tweak of switching the carrier logo but I'm stuck on how to do it. Any easy tips and step by step information on how to do it? Thanks in advance.
