Can someone give me some advice as to how much to price my MacBook Pro at?

15" Early 2011 MacBook Pro
2.2 GHz Intel Quad Core i7
8GB 1333 MHz DDR3 RAM
750 GB 5400 rpm HD
AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1GB DDR5 and Intel HD Graphics 3000
High-Resolution Anti-Glare display
Battery at 264 cycles
AppleCare expires July 17, 2015

Original cost of MacBook Pro: $2,499
Original cost of AppleCare: $349

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.
