I'm not sure about the attachment folder as I do not have one in my Dropbox.

Just save the PDFs to your standard Dropbox folder or a folder you've created and you'll be able to access them just fine on a PC. Keep in mind, Pages documents will not be recognizable on a PC. I'd personally export everything in PDF just so it works easily across all of your devices.
