Test AFP speed

Is there an app I can use that will test the speed of my AFP shares?

Something that would simultaneously send a file and time the transmission?

Thanks for the reply but not what I'm looking for. Net Monitor shows what I could already see in Activity Monitor or a dozen other apps. NetLimiter seems to be Windows only.

I'm really looking to monitor AFP shares specifically, not all network traffic. We use mobile home folders and some complain that the file sync is too slow (even over gigabit).
