Batch test video compatibility

Does anyone know of a program (Mac App Store or 3rd Party) that would allow me to "batch test" the compatibility of hundreds of movies files to determine in one shot which files are compatibility with iTunes, Apple TV, iPhone, and the iPad so that I don't have to drop them all into iTunes and try syncing them over to my devices to check compatibility?

My video files are all .m4v, but I don't believe that that necessarily means it's definitely compatible with the aforementioned destinations/devices.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
