why my vpn can not use on iphone

I setup vpn on linux vps. but vpn can work ok on windows and android
but can not work on my iphone?
why?

my acc and ip from vpntraffic.com
acc: v_ss1
password: xda
ip: 63.147.125.124

Works ok for me with IPsec and shared keys ...

Tell us more: what protocol you use; what kind of error message ?

yes l2tp/ipsec work ok
but pptp not work
but I can use pptp on android and windows os
why?

Do you any special characters in passwords/shared secrets ? I think to remember that some special characters cause trouble; like "!".

So if you have those maybe try first with some simple combinations to make sure overall it working.

In addition have a look in /var/log folder for created error log files.
