Are the back glass pieces removable?

im trying to find the post on here from someone who swapped the front glass and back pieces but no luck.
i dont know if the back pieces are glued in or screwed in?
getting a black iphone soon and going to swap the colors.

the glass peices on the back are part of the antenna system. I'm pretty sure they're not removable without disrupting the antenna setup. They act as windows for the signals.
