iTunes and Podcasts

I have a problem with my podcasts episode dates being always 01/01/2004.

Basically the date with my episodes imported are wrong.

I can't edit the release date field and it is messing up the orders on the playlist.

Anyone know what's going on here?

Would like to point out that when I download the podcast episode on my computer, the date is correct. However if I have the episode downloaded on the iPhone and import it afterwards, the date will be incorrect as 01/01/2004.
