Your problems run deeper than blocking her number. I remember a time when women/men stalked before cell phones became popular. Stalking and revenge can take place without technology; it just makes it easier.

I would be less worried about the phone calls and more worried about her showing up next to your bed at 2am with a butcher knife. Phone calls are only stage one in the psycho bitch manual.
