I use the Timbuk2 Especial Tres backpack. It's a bigger then I need but this is the most water resistant bag I could find for playing outside. This would work great for travelling.

I got a good deal on it too.

I used to carry two bags for two different types of scenarios:

Taking the Office with Me

Grab and Go Bag

I am seeing if this one configuration works for all situations so I have all my gadgets consolidated to just a Surface Pro and a Note 2!

Vertical Brain Cell by Tom Bihn for the ancient 15" MBP (late 2008 MacBookPro5,1).

Sena Ultra Slim leather slip case for the iPhone 5.

I usually take my bag to work with me daily, or when I travel. It's pretty small and light considering the amount of stuff in it. I also really like the bag - Timbuk2 makes some good stuff.

A little bit. It's saved my life 3 different times with just it's presence and nothing else. Attempted Car jacking, attempted robbery, and "attempted" home invasion. Used to live in a bad neighborhood.

My usual. It's media centric. The external carries all my movies and television shows, the iPod carries my entire music library. The camera is a ep-1 with 20 mm f/1.7 lens. It all goes in a timbuk2 snoop messenger that was slightly modded. I carry this set up to work too.

Swapped the wallet out for a folio iPhone case (the phone is usually in it but I needed to take the picture

) still got the watch, keys, Ray Bans and pen.
