is there an app that converts text I write with a stylus into text?

I was asked that by a colleague

I know there are some standalone ones, don't remember the name, but it's also available in Notes Plus as an in-app purchase. Works ridiculously well, actually.

+1 for Notes Plus. The add-on is $2 and extremely accurate.
