[Resolved] Apps shown twice in document Open With menu

This started happening on my iMac (OS X 10.8.2) a few days ago. Anyone know what's causing it or how to remove the duplicates in the list?

If you search often enough so that Google thinks you are a spammer and wants you to enter those little unrecognisable characters in a text entry field to continue, you will have hit that magic. Until then, spam those Google suckers.
