How to convert YouTube subtitles for import in Adobe Encore?
YouTube subtitle:
0:00:04.130,0:00:09.850 Lorem ipsum vellant volu ministoccus estodia velitam. 0:00:09.850,0:00:11.790 Lorem ipsum vellant volu ministoccus estodia velitam. 0:00:11.790,0:00:17.290 Lorem ipsum vellant volu ministoccus estodia velitam. According to this site (http://videosubtitles.wordpress.com/...btitle-format/) subtitle should be in this format: Encore subtitle: 1 0:00:04.130 0:00:09.850 Lorem ipsum vellant volu ministoccus estodia velitam. 2 0:00:09.850 0:00:11.790 Lorem ipsum vellant volu ministoccus estodia velitam. 3 0:00:11.790 0:00:17.290 Lorem ipsum vellant volu ministoccus estodia velitam. I save the document as a .txt file. And when I import it to Encore, I get this error message: "The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem."
