First of all, this question has already been asked before, but has never been answered - maybe because it's in the wrong place (Link) or because its questioner seemed like a guy who'd never come back again (name's cntwtfrmynwmbp - try to spell that out!).
Anyway, I'm planning to have the very same problem in 6~12 months time. I'll sell my 2012 cMBP so I can upgrade to a 15'' MBP, retina or not I haven't decided yet. However, this machine came with Lion, and I'm not sure if I can pass it with it
My main concern is, if the buyer ever does a recover, will the Lion be restored over ML?
From the other threat, a new concerns: do I have to do the restore prior to selling as he claims the ML can't be passed along?
