Error Creating Test User

I'm trying to create a test user in order to test in app purchases. I try to create one with a fake email, and no matter what I do it gives me this error when I hit create:

The following error(s) has occurred
//www.me.com/" target="_blank"> free trial.

What is this supposed to mean? It's not like apple to give error messages like this that make no sense.

It started working, randomly. That's kinda weird.
