Can someone enlighten me on this result?

I recorded my first Ps3 gaming video yesterday and something weird happened. I recorded gameplay of dead or alive and after i was done the recording was titled My first video with a sub title that says "PAC-MAN". I never wanted either one of these titles for my movie. does anyone know why this happened?
